Personally I feel considering any sale or even JV considerations are much to early and there for I don't believe management is seriously considering them. I don't think they are in the game to short change themselves by stepping into such negotiations at this stage. This certainly doesn't exclude an unsolicited offer out of left field, but even if it would include a 100% premium to current SP it should be considered as a low ball offering.
Let's just give it the time required to get them all so to speak. I'm thinking there of the joke when a young bull and and old bull looking down on a herd of good looking cows being herded together in the valley below them, if that picture makes sense.
