Sounds to me like they're going to push for a better deal. They're going to push for better terms, based on the due diligence they've done. That can only be a good thing. If the better terms don't eventuate, they'll pull out.

To me, that sounds like good and prudent management.

Some may see this announcement as a negative, but to me, it is a very encouraging sign that they're not doing deals that aren't going to be to their advantage. Good stuff.
