its 'ruddiculous'.....and about the ETS, will he tell china no more resources unless you agree to the ETS,,,plus china will have to pay the tax on top ???????
if you were looking for the resources to keep you afloat....the damage may already be done.....
china has been fast tracking africa for cheaper resources.......and probably any other country with resources the chinese need......
