I fully understand what you are saying,

You are quite right, I dont believe the directors are holding back major announcements,
I guess what I should have said is the Cap raising has fallen in a window of opportunity when it looks like there are a range of positive announcements due to filter out.

I dont think SBN could even engineer it that good and they were running out of funds.

Whether it be good luck or good management it looks like the timing of the cap raising is perfect.

I guess what I should have said is management have perfectly timed the cap raising to take advantage of any of the many projects that are due to be released in the next 12 months.
