What a bad choice of decision process for Leon.
I am advised that even with the evidence of numbers stacked something like 110m to 20m against the Board, he continued to vote against the new appointments, knowing that tomorrow, he has to sit at the table and try to work with the new Directors. An abstension would have been smarter IMO and is probably setting the scene for further changes in the near future.
Not very clever!
Now it is up to the new regime to deliver the long overdue goods. Can't wait.
