With regard to my last post - I should have used THIS thread header - other one too negative.
Ruth sounded her usual cheerful/positive self BTW - apart from her obvious annoyance at having been so abused, and subsequently determining to adhere to a "no comment" regime from now on. She was perfectly civil to me.
