I fully appreciate the reporting obligations incumbent upon CCA. Which is why I am curious as to why no detail was provided in respect of the capital distribution paid to CCA by IvyKoin, particularly if liabilities (contingent or otherwise) attached to it, as alleged.
As regards the information in Ivy's email, I cannot vouch for its accuracy. However, it did emanate from IvyKoin's current owner. Further, it has been repeated on several occasions. So I would be cautious in dismissing it.
I believe we can be reasonably confident that Ivy did not make payment of $1.3m simply for the fun of it. An interested shareholder might ask CCA for further information.
