Keep on topic = exactly what I have been doing and underneath what you call the topic, it's the true motive, an attempt at a slippery move, thin edge of the wedge, in your efforts to try and move said Christians into the unbiblical faith of yours.
The clear message of the John to come was --> He would come in the Spirit of Elijah. And YOU, yes You were given very clear Bible backing to show and explain what it means to come in the Spirit of another and it is not, in their literal spirit.
So what you are trying to do is say the likes of, then that does not mean the literal Jesus that came, will be the same Jesus coming again.
So what you are trying and failing to do is, roll the Spirit aspect of the Spirit into the same basket and the literal aspect, for no other reason than a slippery move, so you can claim, your Prophet is and was the return Jesus, all were expecting.
So cut out the bull dust Kam, and be up front and honest, of your motives, moves etc.
John himself made it very CLEAR, he was not the literal returned Elijah. So that in itself, dictates to us, we need to examine the Greek from which the translations come from, to get the full context of what and why Jesus says what he says.
But regardless, it's all IRRELEVANT, as your only pulling on this area, to try and manipulate some other very CLEAR Bible passages, for the reasons I covered. One clear example, you try and roll two cloud aspects into one meaning, spiritual and remove the literal aspect of them = nothing short of Deception and again, only so you can force in your prophet.
So stop skipping around and trying to throw in decoys to avoid addressing valid points, Truths.
