I when I translated this a couple months back, I believed it was the module that was doubling in capacity.
On further thought, and due to the line about increased production here is what is likely going on.
Currently, 1 MABR spiral needs to be paired with a 2nd MABR spiral to make up a MABR module for an Aspiral plant.
These MABR spirals that come off the line are 1m in width, so the Aspiral module is 2m + the spacer & frame high.
Currently the factory can produce 5 modules per shift (10 MABR spirals).
The factory can do 3 shifts per day (15 MABR modules/30 MABR spirals).
If they operate for 250 days per year they can produce 3750 MABR modules/7500 MABR spirals).
The only way to get to 10 modules per shift from the current 5, and reach full production of the one line, is to be able to produce a 2m width spiral in one pass, increasing the production line facility by 100%. This still only reaches the 7500 MABR module limit (depending how many days per year the factory is in operation). The annual sales figure given above of $75 million USD is also modules only, it does not take into account other equipment in an Aspiral container, clarifiers, UV, control units, fittings etc, or custom design fees, additional aeration, UF modules, etc in a SUBRE plant.
The original Israel based production line is below, but I believe they have modified the Chinese version to allow variable widths.
If this can go from 1m to 2m, then this will allow 1 pass MABR module production.
The 2m width module can then be used in any Aspiral container.
I am not sure about the use of it in SUBRE now, as these currently use 1m spirals with spacers between the spirals. I don't know if using a 2m width spiral would affect the course bubble diffusion from underneath or change any other variable in design.
