As a general comment it's looks like the ASX is really clamping down on disclosure issues. Recent examples include Croplogic and ISX. In CLI case, the ASX sort to as the AFR put it name and same them for not publicly addressing there query. Basically said if you don't inform your shareholders of our questions we will. This of course resulted in a very prompt reply from the company.

Now, I'm sure it wouldn't take much for those initial complaining shareholders to get back in touch with the ASX and request a similar outcome. That's if the haven't already.

I also see that Brendan's other company OOK had its re listing attempt squashed by the ASX the other day.

IMO the response from the company was pretty poor. Looks like we will have to wait until the 4c later in the month and hope we get company update.
