Mate google all you like, it is rare for companies to get a rate under 10% at this age and stage. The financing deal they got was good. In the scheme of things 60% yoy growth vs 8% or 11.75% interest rate is so ridiculously irrelevant it doesn't matter anyway and so I felt the need to point how wrong your naive scaremongering post was.
Most companies at this end of the market can't access debt of any kind and continually have to dilute shareholders. It is a great result that these guys did.
