Hi Lex - with the product that they have and captive audience in pharma/ clinical research - i'd be looking at increasing the price rather than reducing it - get price closer to the value it provides (which allows clinicians to get central readings w/out invasive procedures). Won't be too difficult to look at the alternative and re-pricing so that we better realise value from it.
