I wasn't going to respond as you clearly have a very negative attitude to ARV, so not sure why you're still invested and posting on HC. Anyway .....

My post about Chairman investing should have said investing a significant amount in a small cap company.

I think it's important to point out that HRH hasn't been Chairman very long and was never CEO. You will of course respond that he could have still invested as a director so let me ask you "would you have invested in ARV while DL was in charge?".

HRH has in fact invested $750,000 in the SPP which I suspect is significantly more than any other individual so you're not correct on that score.

There is also much happening at ARV right now (for which I am grateful) so I would suspect that now is not a good time for HRH to purchase shares in ARV as he will then be accused of insider trading once announcements, already predicted by Ed, are made before the end of the month.

Many of us have lost heaps due mainly to "promises" not delivered, me included. We all have a choice .... stay or sell. If the choice is to stay, that should be based on a perception that we may be able to retrieve some of our losses in which case there is no pint continuing to ramp ARV down.... a bit like being determined to harm yourself while at the same time hoping you'll get better.

All IMO and no financial advice and definitely all should do their own research and make their own assessments and decisions.
