From what I posted I think the boat has sail without me.....it's O/S will be 1B end of November so it's MC is overvalue to me, unless PCK sign very big contracts, I can't see it's MC being more than $300M.
If I was cashed up, I will choose which one has highest potential of the 3 and put me money there, between PCK and RAP it's definitely RAP, I am not sure about ALC (haven't done any research on it).
