RAP is starting to gain traction like PCK, and unless PCK starts to sign big contract, it's MC is overvalue at $300M and I will investing for the big contract, whereas RAP's at 190M so it has more potential of increasing to PCK's value (with commercialisation interest and government grant announcements in the future), hence it's a safer bet for me right now.....and don't forget even with the 94M performance share, RAP's MC will be $800M compared to PCK's $1B with pps of $1 (and that's with RAP having the bigger revenue potential between them). That's how I current see it.
