anyone can answer this quesyion please

This is the first time I read the company report...I just found out that the company spent around 2.5 million$ in one year and around 500 000$ in the last 3 months...

How can they spend so much money on nothing? There are only 3-5 people....On average each person spent around half a million$ on nothing in one year.....

I suspect/feel that more than 70% of this money went "under the table"...Call me stupid or crazy...but this is the way rich people make more money...Gosh...with this amount of money they could buy a rig and drill witout JV...

I have this feeling that this company is a genuine scam!
