Supply of raw materials is outstripping demand and may continue to do so for several years. This may lead to GXY, ORE, PLS and the rest remaining poor quality investments until the middle of the next decade according to some analysts. Some of the current Li producers won't exist by then.

Fact 7
The global economy is very unstable at the moment, with trade wars, Brexit, a faltering China, nationalism on the rise, and many countries with GFC-level interest rates (like Australia) and manufacturing sector declines (USA).

Those facts also matter and are very concerning.
