The annual report will show shareholders list as at 30 June. We won't be able to see who got allocated shares from the new placement in August.
Nonetheless their plan will fall apart. Their confidence is fading away as they start realising we are not willing to let them go with our hard earned money. That's what inevitably happens to those thinking to be superior. They made mistakes, too many mistakes that cannot be fixed anymore, and we leverage on them. They thought we would let it go so that they'll get away with it. Sorry for you big boys, this time you will have no way out.
May happen in 1 month, may happen in 1 year. Is just matter of time.
P.s. I just wonder whether the issue they are having with the financial report is due to ASIC investigation. Are they maybe trying to cover up something dodgy?
