I am a concerned shareholder of IMU regarding the licencing agreement of CF 33. The deal was announced on 15/07/19 and we were advised the company expected the paper work to be done by early September. Now, about 4 weeks later, we still haven’t been informed about any progress or cancellation. On this week’s announcements it was stated

“Our product pipeline includes multiple immunotherapyB-cell vaccine candidates and an oncolytic virotherapy (CF33) aimed at treatinga variety of cancers in combination with standard of care drugs and emergingimmunotherapies.”

But in today’s AGM announcement there was neither a resolution regarding the proposed issue of shares to chairman Paul Hopper as part of the deal nor any other resolution asking shareholder for their approval as outlined in the July announcement. This is very confusing for shareholders and on behalf of every shareholder of IMU I would like to ask you a clarify that matter as soon as possible.
