Great to see you mate. I've just double checked the Notice of AGM. I think you might have misread it?

The directors recommend voting AGAINST Resolution 3. I'm going against the board's recommendation.

They framed Resolution 3 in terms of whether you are FOR/AGAINST the spill itself. They're being tricky with this one.

In order to re-elect the board, we need to vote:

Resolution 2: AGAINST the adoption of the Remuneration Report
Resolution 3: FOR the Spill Meeting

If you vote AGAINST for Resolution 3, then there will be no spill meeting, in which case the directors all stay.

Please re-read the Notice and let me know whether you see what I mean.
