Sure but maybe he doesn’t want to carry the other shareholders through. I think the question is there & purely hypothetical until more is known. Assume Tribe or any other sub holder is also holding equity in “Vision” - what if they now start backing money to take it to clinic through “Vision” as opposed to PYC then it all changes .... Again assuming but say the valuation on “Vision” was something tiny like $10m - PYC has majority ownership “now” whatever percent that majority is ? and then assume they tip $30m into “Vision” as opposed to PYC to push to clinic and PYC’s majority gets speedily diluted and washed out. Then the deal or the buyout is all about “Vision”.
All purely hypothetical but i think it’s why they need to provide more transparency.
