Why are Shorts so high and increasing, page-27

It is indeed a very valid investment consideration Names little, not only from the perspective of any initial sell off by funds that hold but from my experience has the potential to hobble any decent increase in a company's sp as the same funds will often unwind their position over a period a time, taking advantage of selling into any good news days to help stem losses. This on top of the fact that the shorters have not blinked yet! Perhaps some of the longs invested in this stock have lost sight of the fact that the shorting has been going on for such an extended period that the sp could increase dramatically next week and many of the shorts would still cover and be out with a very handsome gain. I am very much still of the opinion that patience will reward those that sit tight for a bit longer on this one before slapping down hard earned $$$ for an entry.
But lets face it - we are all just guessing in the absence of a clear and firm plan advised to shareholders by the company.
