This is what I’ve heard whispers of for a while, and I’m pretty certain it’ll happen.

IMO it’ll be ratified next year, which will help to accelerate EV adoption in Europe (after all, come 2025, who would want to buy an ICE which would have very low re-sell value just a few years later..).
