Demark, sweeden Iceland and Norway all have great E power so it would make sense . Germany England Itally and France and many other EU countries all have dirty expensive power. It is getting worse with the rapid phase out of N power It they outlaw gasoline in those countries it would have a negative impact. The effect could be very bad. High end non plug in Hybrids would help for sure. Plug in Hybreds or BEVS would make problem worse. Only fools think the same solution is correct for everyone. Unfortunatly we have alot of those in goverment and the press.
