I’ll take option three instead - that the Royal Commission advises a swift roll out into all RACs with appropriate training is mandatory with Government either fully funding or subsidising the costs.

If Philips is able to swiftly integrate the app into another device that offers multiple other functions and PCK /Philips deals go ahead,
it may be this product that ends up being offered as an alternative to the Painchek app alone - if not to be compulsorily rolled out across Australia (and more?) then to at least becoming a rating standard in regards which centres offer best facilities.
