Should PMM gain board control, a hostile board minority backed by the largest shareholder should have them scrambling to keep the rest of us on side. They will need to perform from day one or they will be out at the next EGM/AGM. Actually, I think PMM will find even this situation untenable, and sooner or later will be going for at least 51 per cent, or hoping someone they can work with gets the balance of power.
