Actually, that doesn't seem to be the case. Maybe it's because the majority of men in politics are older and white ? Have a look at the US, the UK and Australia for example.

I'm not saying that people of other races don't do this but it doesn't seem to be as obvious.
Maybe because they are from minorities they have learned to be more respectful to other people ?
I again point out that it is
not all white older men that do this. There are plenty that I find to be great, respectful, wonderful people. It is just that there seems to be a group of them that are particularly vocal and on the face of it, terribly selfish.
Going on your reaction Jack, and using the examples of the nasty rubbish that you post, I'd say you're a classic example.
