Thanks Runaway for your reply. I am indeed a loyal and proud BOT holder. However, like all other holders, I am keen to do prudent research to see what is happening to my dollars.
It does seem a little troublesome that I am unable to elucidate who exactly is the CEO of the company.
The Botanix website refers to MC as an "Executive Director" whereas he has clearly stepped down as a director:

Vince Ippolito is an executive chairman (not a CEO) - a chairman's role is not what you appear to think it is - a chairman's role is more of governance and liaison with the BOD. Here are some links FYI:

But why is there no CEO? Who has operational control of this company?
How I can feel safe about my investment if there is no CEO at the reigns of a company of this magnitude?
