This 2 months trading rule is bogus. Nowhere in the ASX listing rules does it state anything about it. A google search wont find anything about it either. That's because it's made up. A company only has to submit an appication to change boards to the ASX which they may or may not consider.
I can't see it being a problem for CDS considering they have so much coal in resource and two coal kings at the helm. Do you think they would have joined CDS if this was going to be a problem. I mean come on seriously guys!

HAHAHA seriously guys, stick to the facts of what we know rather than speculating negatively on what we don't know. As a long term CDS investor, I have to ignore 99% of the posts on here otherwise I would have sold again by now.
Nothing has changed fundamentally. Technicals are handy but don't really mean much because they cannot factor in the unknown and so much is unknown to us mere investors. All I can go by right now is the fact that CDS have ticked every box according to their plans so far.
