Yep, we are all somewhat relieved but not surprised by this announcement because even though the move into NY state was telegraphed, the reality and significance of the news will percolate through to investors and possible contractors alike I reckon.

The most pertinent facts are that the use ofECPz makes the mix stronger, cheaper, addresses the Green House Gas reductionscriteria and has found the first referencing to use in multi-storeyconstruction.

I can see this acceptance impacting upon the all important sales revenue but also in terms of promoting such benefitsnot only in our own market here via Parchem but also in India and in Korea in particular, where we know such news will likely resonate. The market responded well today and I think that we will see a move higher as investors recognize the significance. Some non-holders who missed the earlier jump from sub 3c to 5c and have not seen fit to buy in during the short term since, may well have again missed the boat though.
