    Grae1,

I think you can safely assume that all the cases you haven't heard about are not being pursued anymore. No news doesn't mean no information. The silence tells the story.

And I hear what you are saying about how this dents the confidence you have in them... I get more confidence when a company is forthright in saying that it is cutting its losses, or it admits it has miscalculated when it took on a certain case.

I for one would like to hear more about nearmap from management - how MUCH profit did they earn this year, when is the US patent likely to be approved, and who are nearmap currently negotiating with in terms of future contracts, JVs etc. There are a lot of questions.

For all of us it is a question of how you weigh IPR's financials against IPR's management history...

The financials are easy to assess - quantifiable, clean, unambiguous. On these IPR is super cheap.

IPR could be sold a few weeks ago at 12 cents (briefly), and at 11 cents, and 10.

Today, volumes of shares were dumped at a low of 7.9 cents.

Now why today? Loss of patience, fear, margin loan selling, a major shareholder needing the cash..? Or just the herd mentality?

I sleep soundly owning IPR tonight, as I know it is over 10% better value now (and hence has more upside from now) than it did yesterday....And I still own the same slice, whatever everyone else wants to sell theirs at.

disclosure: 1,000,000 shares. Looking under the couch for extra money : )
