I'm trying to look into them too. Minimal details found at this stage. Happy to be corrected but the timing of the Everhoney Registration plus when searching Hong Kong Jusheng Bolang Technology Co I get more hits for lighting than anything remotely close to an "International Trading Enterprise".
I have emailed EVE as well as AGC Capital my request for more information.
I would suggest each investor do likewise until concerns are met.
