No offense Zacma but we have had to read for the last 1.5 years or more that Arbitration results/resolution is 'imminent' and that 'FAR is the vehicle'. So give me a break on being tedious.
Assuming that FAR have to pay the $3m before the end of the year then there is a significant risk of another cap raise before the end of the year - before Arbitration results and FID which is a disaster if the shareprice hasn't had a chance to run.
Sorry for being concerned about the increased risk of another cheap cap raise.
I will be happy when things start going right for FAR and/or when the share price goes the right way.
The market seems about as enthusiastic as me about the Gambia deal.
