It is only because the have previously hinted the orders are significant, this is the second time they have had to disclose the orders are tiny. orders of this size shouldn't be a price-sensitive announcement, I would pretty annoyed if FGR were announcing orders that are only a few thousand dollars,
EDE only raised 1/4 worth of cash in their last CR, they asked for $8mil only to see $2.9mil, they are trying to pump the SP to raise more cash.
