Put this into perspective, it was a sell probably instigted by one or two postions, that hit some stops, and the rest is history.

The 333k option seller is a clue perhaps.

One person, who owns that many options, would probably own a number of heads as well.
But the illiquidity of the options means they can just dump them. So, they put them for sell at 90c, and dump the heads.

Maybe they only had 50k of heads? Who knows, just speculating.

I think anyone who bought today did well.
We hold mak for the party in 2-3 years, and then for dividends. So today, while ugly on the bottom line, just represents opportunity.

Who was going to sell before 2011 anyway?

With the market in this condition, the seller probably had his hand forced.

I picked up another small parcel of oppies today.

Mak has actually held the 1.40-1.50 line for the last month or so, very sturdy.

If we had seen a more gradual decay, i would be more worried.

Smells like desperate hands, and stops.
