Depends. ZLD has a lot to offer. To work out a fair take over price would be difficult due to the diverse pipeline of things and IP to come.
I like the company, and what its doing. It has huge potential in the not too distant future. If this was a takeover announcement, which I dont think it will be, I will be dissapointed. If its a placement of product, or a partnership to place product I will be very happy.
