I'm afraid to announce hard work is no longer rewarded. You have a go, make some money and you are a capitalist pig that needs to be taxed. Not only does this apply to real estate but it also applies to the little guys n girls willing to have a crack at small business. We shouldn't be handing out welfare willy nilly, we should be offering incentives to Aussie small businesses and manufacturing. We have the "schmarts" and resources, why pay someone else to do it? It might be cheaper to pay someone else but it will be a lead impregnated knock off from China. Dare I say it, perhaps we should even clamp down on a few tariffs?
