here is my prediction :

Gold pullback to only $845
NCM to $24/23
LGL to 2.20/1.80

A lot smarter people than you guys are saying that US banks have only just reported half of their writedowns at $500 billion. The number that keeps coming up is well over $1 Trillion. There are a lot more banks in the US that will go under..... And that will capitulate the whole confidence in the financial system.

Also higher inflation is not just a result of high oil prices. You have a massive middle class of emerging countries pushing up prices of all comodities. On top of this global warming is going to push prices up further.

ALSO you have Israel hell bent on attacking Iran.

So for me , total loss of confidence in financial system, Hyper inflation and also threat of a MAJOR war is VERY bullish for gold.

I expect that gold will easily be above $1000 by chrissy and that NCM and LGL will double from here.
ALSO have a good look at PRU around the 80 cent level.
