    I don't know what I'm talking about?

    read the resolution.It's pretty plain as to the deadline of 3 months after the meeting at a vwap of 80%. I'm as sure as I can be that the placement will be at 16c, but possibly lower if management don't do something to boost sentiment. You explain to me how the hell it's going to be higher than 16c.
