My guess is off-take.
AGO would have been working to the previous October start-up schedule for mining so negotiations would have been well advanced on the off-take agreement despite the recent 2 month delay.
I would be surprised to see an announcement with FMG given that Forrest was talking up the difficulty of sorting out port operations at Diggers & Dealers this week.
