Until the DD is complete the company and the IIB will not know the exact equity piece they require to DERISK their Total DEBT Finance.

Considering how Investment Banks work they will have VWAP calculators prior to the DD being completed and up to the point in advance before they fill remaining equity balance.

When you have impatience shareholders (ignorance and lack of news flow certainly doesn't help) selling down on such small volumes and unfortunately reaching 18c levels if only for a few days only affects the final VWAP calculations that actually harm ALL shareholders.

At least $8.75M of the equity piece has been confirmed.

When the DD is completed and we see the Final Term Sheet announced, it will become much more clearer of how exceptional this Bridge Loan is when it turns into Equity upon an unconditional funding deal.
