CER does not own any of CAWF or CAF so the sales will not impact it directly. Having said this though, the amounts at which CAWF and CAF are sold will provide some transactional evidence as to how much the CER properties are worth and will allow analysts to more accurately value the CER portfolio.
There are some other factors in play which I have posted separately before. It's also worth noting that while some larger players have returned to CNP, it is still being quite heavily day-traded whereas CER is significantly less so.
