8 Feb 2019
Using the Resolution Institute (RI) determination process, COB believes that all submissions can be finalised by late April 2019, from which an Independent Expert can form a binding decision upon both parties.

9 March 2019
Accordingly, COB is pursuing an outcome through Independent Expert determinationand,with the Resolution Institute nominating an Expert, the process is well underway.

1 July 2019
In its March Quarterly Report dated 30 April 2019 Cobalt Blue Holdings Limited (COB) provided an update on TJV Disputes and advised that it expected that the Expert Determination process would be likely completed in June 2019...
The parties have now provided their evidentiary material and submissions to the Expert and a final determination is expected to be delivered by mid to late July 2019.

Cobalt Blue Holdings Limited (ASX:COB) and Broken Hill Prospecting Limited (ASX:BPL) were advised yesterday by the Independent Expert that he expects to publish his determination by “no later than Monday, 2 September 2019”.
The Independent Expert advised that other prior commitments have taken longer than scheduled and have delayed the drafting of the COB-BPL Expert Determination
