I can't see why they would want to pay IMEC for another 12 mths, that would be all of 2020. The back of this process has been broken now. 3 months might even do it but given they tend to be fairly cautious then they may choose to sign up for 6 (or perhaps 3 with an option for another 3 if required).
They will soon start the 1Mb integration. I agree with others that given the wording in the Ann they will probably do more than 1 run at this but to my mind circa 6 months from now this last stage should be completed or very close to.
