Notice of intent one would think is able to be lodged on the basis of prior development work conducted so long as there are no material or significant changes pit design basic geo tech water etc etc are all previously been done lets assume that the issues are in the offtakes which would be the most likely reason for the delay and that would be back and forth on price. Having said that the ropczyce balance sheet looks rock solid lets hope they are talking... the noi can go in anytime but really an noi with no offtakes is not very sustainable or exciting lets hope we get both then we can all take a deep breath ..... and dream of a white Christmas
