The NOI has nothing to do with an off-take agreement. It s just a licence from the mines department to operate a mine. This would not affect the outcome of a NOI. I looked up the Northern Territory Governments website and an NOI is only required for water extraction. Korab requires a Pastoral Land Clearing Permit and a Mine Management Plan (MMP). Which one of these is Andrej having an issue with as they are not difficult. I have looked up the requirements and could have these done in a few days. With regards to company management team, why are they being so coy. All other companies I'm involved with are open on their consultants and management team people.
