To be clear, the SP is pushing down because when you look at financial reports the company is quickly burning cash putting fear of uncertainty towards investors. This is normal as the company is on its way to generate substantial revenue. For ESH to accelerate its growth of business, the company needs to dilute more cash for marketing and employment. This will be eventually over soon. I am not trying to downramp at all as I have faith in this stock myself. We never know how much revenue will be generated in the next three months until we see the announcements of cash flow.
This is what is called ECONOMIES OF SCALE.
