jelly i reckon nkp/strategic partner will offer 160-220 million fully diluted for igc's 15% stake of the three southern farms. this equates to about 90-120 cents per share. hopefully this first bid brings out a few other parties that are sniffing around and we get a bit of a price war. i was told more than two months ago their was more than 1 interested party. i reckon sp will trade between 80-100 tomorrow
