the US$36t in logistics and transport in the dsf is in the cash cost - so i'm thinking that transport to the port is an additional cost. i have just re-read the both the dfs and follow-up investor pres and no sign of a transport cost. i might phone matt and ask because it seems to be a bit of an oversight to neglect such an important cost as the transport.......
