One valid sad to say - some homeowners will have to sell and that will have a negative impact for certain suburbs for a while, investors usually in for the long haul -5-10 years - some were silly here and will have to sell but not the vast majority. Now consider there is a whole army of babyboomers p......d off with ASX and super and guess where they are heading. They generally are the ones with the dough. Interest rates are on the way down and its all conspiring in favour of real estate yet again.
